What does Counselling involve?
Fees:
First appointment (individual adult clients) - $155
70 minute session
(in clinic or via Zoom or phone)
Returning appointments (individual adult clients) - $120
50 minute session
(in clinic or via Zoom or phone)
Workshop appointments - $120 per session
50 minute session x 5 parts
(in clinic or via Zoom)
Counselling provides a safe zone to openly address the things that may be holding you back in life.
I can help you to investigate new perspectives, use values-based decision making, find alternative ways to address problems, reframe old stories and beliefs, explore strategies and move towards lasting change in your life.
In addition, I can help you to:

Talk therapy can feel like lifting a huge weight off your shoulders. Taking the time to allow yourself to gaze deeply inside your world is a true form of self-care.
Please note:
Carolyn specialises in assisting individual adult clients. She does not specialise in seeing clients with active addiction and she cannot assist with assessment of mental health conditions or diagnoses. Please refer to your GP for a referral for these areas.
